Here is a very easy, unique, gourmet recipe that will look great on a plate. Get a sourdough bread and slice pieces about 3 or 4 inches. Make one slice for each squash blossom. Put some olive oil on the sliced bread and then add the mozzarella cheese and the freshly grated Parmesan cheese. Sprinkle lightly with Parisian herbs. The truffle oil is not used at this point because heat takes away the flavor. Also we are using the oil to make the bottom of the bread turn out a little crunchy so we don’t want to waste the truffle oil. Put the bread in the oven at 350 degrees for a few minutes until you see the cheese melt. Let the toast cool down to room temperature then put one squash blossom on top of each toasted bread. Put a little white truffle oil on each blossom.
