Easy Cheesy Gourmet Snack Recipe

- Black Truffle Oil
- White Truffle Oil
Here is a super easy extra cheesy gourmet recipe. Thinly slice your baguette then butter them on one side. Place the buttered side down on a cookie sheet and place in a preheated 400 degree oven. The baguette slices will remain in the oven only a matter of minutes. You just need enough time to allow the baguette slices to get a little crispy and to have a little golden color so keep an eye on them. Once they look done take them out and put just a drop or two of white truffle oil or black truffle oil on the baguette slices. Have the brie already sliced so that it has a chance to warm up a little and place the brie slices on the golden toast as soon as you remove it from the oven. This will warm up the cheese and then top the brie with a bit of lumpfish caviar. Serve with a nice dry white wine or vodka shots.
